4. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work site. Any delays caused by the client’s failure to provide access or required materials may result in additional charges.

6. Liability

Kowalski Construction shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the services provided. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract.
