At Kowalski Construction, we are committed to delivering high-quality construction services and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Services

Due to the nature of construction and contracting services, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 14 days of project completion so we can address your concerns.

Deposits

Deposits paid to secure a booking are non-refundable unless Kowalski Construction cancels the project. In the event we cancel, a full refund of your deposit will be issued within 7 business days.

Cancellations by Client

If you wish to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any materials or preparation costs already incurred.
